Effective date: 2026-06-06. By downloading or using Birthdays (“the App”), an iOS application developed by IvanHub (ivanhub.co.uk), you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
Birthdays is a private birthday reminder app for iPhone. It stores birthday data on-device, provides a clean monthly calendar, per-person reminders, and displays the western zodiac sign and exact age for each person you add. The App requires iOS 18 or later.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to download and use the App, and have an iPhone running iOS 18 or later. By using the App you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. One-time purchase
Birthdays is available as a single one-time purchase of £2.99 through the Apple App Store. This unlocks all current and future features of the App. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or in-app purchases beyond this one-time fee.
4. Purchases & refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. IvanHub does not handle payment information. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. IvanHub cannot process refunds directly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to extract or copy the App’s source code or assets
- Redistribute or resell the App or any part of it
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, and branding are proprietary to IvanHub. All rights are reserved. Your birthday data belongs to you; IvanHub claims no rights over it.
7. Disclaimer & no warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. IvanHub does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. Reminders are delivered via the iOS notification system and are not guaranteed to arrive in all circumstances.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IvanHub’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App, or £5, whichever is greater. IvanHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes
IvanHub may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the App Store release notes and this page will be updated with a new effective date.
