Restoring your purchase
The lifetime unlock is tied to your Apple ID, not to your local data. If you reinstall the app or move to a new iPhone, open Settings inside TradesQuote and tap Restore Purchase to re-enable unlimited documents and your logo on PDFs.
Common questions
- A total looks wrong. Check the line item amounts, the VAT rate and any deposit or discount — the running total reflects all of them.
- Export or logo is locked. A custom logo and unlimited documents need the one-time lifetime unlock (£29.99). The free tier covers 3 documents per month.
- Does it work offline? Yes — fully, except for verifying your App Store purchase and optional iCloud sync if you enable it.
