Terms of Use
The agreement for using the TradesQuote app.
Effective date: 2026-06-22. These terms govern your use of the TradesQuote iOS app (“the App”), provided by IvanHub (ivanhub.co.uk). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms. The one-time purchase unlocks lifetime use of the paid features on your Apple ID.
2. One-time purchase
TradesQuote is sold as a one-time purchase of £29.99 with no subscription. A free tier lets you create up to 3 documents per month, with a limited number of clients and saved items, before you buy. Purchases are processed by Apple; pricing may vary by region and over time.
3. Your data and responsibility
Your quotes, invoices and clients are stored only on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device and for the accuracy of the documents you issue. Because we cannot access your data, we cannot recover it if your device is lost, reset or the App is deleted.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or use the App for any unlawful purpose. The App is a tool for producing your own business paperwork.
5. Disclaimer
TradesQuote calculates totals and VAT on your documents but does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by HMRC or any tax authority. Always confirm figures with a qualified accountant. You are solely responsible for your invoices and tax returns.
6. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You should review every document before sending it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IvanHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any tax outcome, arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the App Store release notes with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
