Terms of Service

MetaPromptLab (“the App”) is a proprietary iOS application developed and owned by IvanHub (ivanhub.co.uk). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

MetaPromptLab is an AI-powered prompt engineering tool that uses 20 specialized agents to transform user input into structured Prompt Packs. All processing occurs on-device via Apple Intelligence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a compatible device with Apple Intelligence support (iOS 26+) to use the App.

3. Free Tier

Free users receive 5 pipeline runs per day with access to all 20 agents and full output. The daily limit resets at midnight local time.

4. Subscription Plans

• Pro Monthly: $2.99/month — unlimited runs, priority processing, export, full Vault access.
• Pro Yearly: $17.99/year — same benefits as monthly at a reduced rate.
• Lifetime: $29.99 one-time purchase — permanent Pro access with all future updates.

5. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription price.

To cancel: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MetaPromptLab → Cancel. You retain access until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. IvanHub cannot process refunds directly.

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all prompts you create and all Prompt Packs generated by the App.

The App: MetaPromptLab, its design, code, agent pipeline architecture, and branding are proprietary to IvanHub. All rights reserved.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

MetaPromptLab generates prompt suggestions using on-device AI. Outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IvanHub’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $30, whichever is greater. IvanHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.

11. Changes

IvanHub may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the App Store release notes.
