Privacy Policy

MetaPromptLab (“the App”) is a proprietary iOS application developed and owned by IvanHub (ivanhub.co.uk). This policy explains how the App handles your data.

1. Core Principle: On-Device Processing

MetaPromptLab processes all prompts entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models). No data is transmitted to external servers. There are no cloud APIs, no analytics services, and no third-party AI providers.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Personal information (name, email, phone)
• User-generated content (prompts, Prompt Packs)
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Browsing or search history

3. Local Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Prompt Vault: Your generated Prompt Packs, stored via SwiftData.
• Settings: Preferences such as enabled agents and animation speed, stored in UserDefaults.
• Subscription state: A cached copy of your subscription tier for offline access.

This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all local data.

4. Third-Party Services

RevenueCat is used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes transaction data through Apple’s App Store infrastructure. IvanHub does not receive or store your payment information. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models) runs entirely on-device. No prompt data is sent to Apple’s servers.

5. Children’s Privacy

MetaPromptLab does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The App complies with COPPA requirements.

6. International Users & GDPR

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, GDPR and CCPA data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) are satisfied by design. There is no data to access, export, or delete on our end.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if the App’s data practices change. Updates will be posted at this URL and noted in the App Store release notes.
