Research plans that ask the right questions.

Type what you want to learn. The UX Researcher preset shapes a prompt that produces a methodical study, free of leading questions.

100% on-device 20-agent pipeline ~100 seconds
The problem

Ask an AI to "help with user research" and you get a generic survey full of leading questions and confirmation bias. Findings that look tidy but mislead the roadmap are worse than no research at all.

What the UX Researcher preset does

The UX Researcher preset pre-tunes the pipeline to produce prompts grounded in research methodology: clear objectives, defined participants, neutral question wording, and a plan for synthesis. Every generated prompt insists on evidence over assumption.

From one sentence

You type

Help me research why users abandon onboarding in my fitness app.

Meta Prompt Lab generates
Role: You are a senior UX researcher designing a mixed-methods study to understand onboarding abandonment in a consumer fitness app.

Context: New users sign up but a significant share drop off before completing onboarding. We do not yet know whether the cause is friction, unclear value, motivation, or technical issues. The goal is to find out, not to confirm a hunch.

Task: Produce a research plan that triangulates qualitative and quantitative signals. Define the research questions, the participant profile, the method mix, and an interview guide.

Constraints:
- Write every interview question to be open and non-leading.
- Separate behavioural questions (what they did) from attitudinal ones (how they felt).
- Account for survivorship bias by recruiting users who abandoned, not only those who stayed.
- Keep sessions to 30 minutes.

Format: Return four sections — Research questions, Participant criteria, Method mix with rationale, and a numbered Interview guide of 8 to 10 questions. End with the metrics that would confirm or refute each hypothesis.
Inside the preset

Tuned for ux researcher work.

Neutral questioning

Prompts enforce open, non-leading wording so you measure behaviour instead of confirming a bias.

Method selection

Generated prompts match the right method to the question, from interviews to surveys to usability tests.

Bias guards

Built-in attention to survivorship, confirmation, and recency bias in recruitment and analysis.

Participant criteria

Prompts define who to recruit and why, so your sample actually answers the question.

Synthesis plan

Each prompt closes with how to turn raw notes into themes and decision-ready findings.

How it works

Three steps, about 100 seconds.

1

Type one sentence

State what you want to learn about your users in plain language.

2

20 agents refine

A pipeline of 20 on-device specialists shapes a methodical research prompt in about 100 seconds.

3

Copy into your AI

Paste the finished prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot to build the study.
